WELCARE INDUSTRIES SPA
A New, Patented High-Tech Strategy for Skin Damage
Jalosome® gel is a new formulation to effectively prevent and manage skin disorders associated to antiblastic chemotherapy or radio dermatitis. Jalosome ® is a Medical Device Class IIa classified as a “transdermal conveyor”: the patented vesicular microstructures convey the active ingredients below the stratum corneum, allowing them to reach the deep layers of the skin where they can really be effective, favoring the healing process.
The challenge of Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs)
The relationship between patients’ hygiene and HAIs (Hospital Acquired Infections) is well documented. The Sinaqua line, MD class I thermally disinfected, and the Easyderm line, MD class IIa sterile, represent very cost-effective solutions to counteract the risks of “basic nursing care”. The devices grant the thorough daily hygiene of patients at high risk of bacterial infections and of critical patients with compromised, wounded skin.
The unique cost-effective system for wound mechanical debridement
UCS™ is a Medical Device Class IIb which offer atraumatic debridement of chronic wounds (ulcers, pressure sores etc.) and proper cleansing and hydration of the perilesional area as well as of the entire limb. It effectively prepares the wound bed for healing by gently removing slough, debris, biofilm, reducing the risk of infection and avoiding wound recurrence. UCS™ abides to the EWMA’s recommendations for treatment of leg ulcers.
